Agreement to Terms

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.

EasyEdge Delano Landscaping provides landscaping, lawn care, and related services to residential and commercial properties in Delano, CA and surrounding areas. These terms apply to all services we provide.

Services and Pricing

We provide detailed quotes for all services before starting work. Prices are based on property size, scope of work, and frequency of service. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

For ongoing maintenance services, we will notify you at least 30 days before any price changes. One-time projects are billed at the quoted price unless you request additional work beyond the original scope.

Payment is due upon completion of service or according to the payment schedule in your service agreement. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to a service charge.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We do our best to arrive during scheduled service windows. Weather, equipment issues, or emergency situations may occasionally require rescheduling. We'll notify you as soon as possible if we need to change your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For regular maintenance services, you can pause or stop service at any time with seven days written notice. There are no cancellation fees for stopping ongoing service.

Property Access and Safety

You're responsible for providing safe access to work areas and ensuring pets are secured during our service visits. Please inform us of any sprinkler heads, buried lines, or property features that could be damaged during work.

We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. However, we're not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles you didn't tell us about.

If we discover safety hazards or property damage during service, we'll notify you immediately and may need to pause work until the issue is resolved.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with any service, contact us within three business days and we'll make it right at no additional charge.

However, we can't guarantee results that depend on factors outside our control, such as weather, soil conditions, pest damage, or water availability. We'll always do our best work, but nature doesn't follow a schedule.

Liability Limitations

While we take every precaution to protect your property, landscaping work involves inherent risks. Our liability for any damage is limited to the cost of the specific service being performed.

We're not responsible for pre-existing conditions, plant failure due to improper watering or care after installation, or damage from events beyond our control such as extreme weather, pests, or disease.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
